Due to abnormally dry to moderate drought conditions, Powder River Fire District and Johnson County Fire District are requesting that the fire restrictions be implemented throughout Johnson County Wyoming. These restrictions are defined in the attached Resolution 710, passed by the County Commissioners on June 18, 2024. Stage One Fire Restrictions will go into effect on Friday, July 11, 2025 at midnight by order of the Johnson County Fire Warden, Thomas (Tiddle) Camino.
