Johnson County, Wyoming is seeking a full-time Commissioners Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Board of County Commissioners and serves as clerk to various boards and commissions in addition to providing support services to Johnson County.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant to the County Commissioners serves a liaison to the public and provides support to Board of County Commissioners. The Administrative Assistant will be familiar with the Wyoming Open Meetings Law and the Administrative Procedures Act.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree orcommensurate work experience. Must beable to pass a criminal background check and become a notary public.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will be familiar with Roberts Rules of Order, the Wyoming Open Meetings Law and the Administrative Procedures Act. Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks, and virtual meeting software are essential.
Starting salary is dependent on qualifications with benefits included.
