Sealed bids for the Johnson County Dust Suppression Project will be received by the Johnson County Board
of County Commissioners at the Johnson County Road and Bridge Office, 325 Butte Street, Buffalo, WY
82834, until 1:00 PM local time on May 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All interested parties are welcome to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
This contract includes the placement of calcium chloride pellets on various Johnson County roads in June
2026. Copies of the Project Manual and Project Drawings are on file and may be obtained from the office
of the Engineer, Bighorn Surveying & Engineering, LLC, 821 Fort Street, Buffalo, WY 82834, or by
contacting info@bighornsurveying.com, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each bid must include a cashier’s
check, certified check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond
guaranteeing faithful performance of the work and payment for all labor and materials. No bid may be
withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening.
The Johnson County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to
waive any informalities or irregularities.
